Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilijili5's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jilijili5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if jilijili5 reasonably believes that you have:
